1. By placing an order, you agree to TikTikBoost’s terms and conditions and operating procedures and waive the statutory cooling-off period;
  2. Any order may be canceled or changed while the servers have not yet begun the process of delivering the service and/or product; before delivery has finally begun;
  3. Orders are processed within 24 hours, should this not be the case, you may appeal for a refund, except for casuals over which TikTikBoost has no influence;
  4. Each product is at your own risk. TikTikBoost is not responsible for any reprimands and/or blocking of your account. This is based on the fact that we cannot paint a clear picture of possible historical events with the account;
  5. If the purchased product(s) disappear, TikTikBoost is not liable. However, there are options for reimbursement:
    1. When products are not delivered, a statement of no delivery must be made within seven days. When a product is actually not delivered, and this is indicated within the reasonable time, TikTikBoost will grant a refund. If the non-delivery notice is not received within seven days of the purchase date, TikTikBoost will assume that the product has been fully and successfully delivered;
    2. When products, including services, experience a reduction or decline, TikTikBoost will make up the lost quantity at no cost, provided it is within the designated warranty period indicated on each product page;
  6. The warranty period is indicated with each product on the product page, and in the event of a purchase or a reduction, TikTikBoost will replenish the product free of charge within the warranty period unless:
    1. The user changes/modifies the username;
    2. When purchases are made for the same content from another provider;
    3. When the user sets his/her account to private;
  7. When an account is incorrect, or when an account is on private for more than 30 days or has not posted anything, TikTikBoost is able to suspend the account from the systems for automatic products, among other things;
  8. During payment, you must provide an e-mail address. When problems are identified we will use this email address to contact you. If we are unable to contact you (for example, if you enter a wrong e-mail address) or if you do not respond, and the delivery period has expired, we will not be able to return the purchase price;
  9. Purchased content cannot be reversed;
  10. During the ordering process, your IP address may be recorded and retained as long as the full processing and/or accountability of this order is ongoing;
  11. Personal information is never given and/or sold to third parties. How personal information is handled is described in the privacy policy;
  12. In the event of abuse and/or fraud, we will report any situation;
  13. Purchasing our products is entirely at your own risk. This also applies to companies and/or influencers. Should TikTikBoost be fined by the ACM, we will pass this fine on to the customer who ordered our products as a company and/or influencer;
  14. If user names are changed during the delivery process, or after for ongoing products, it stops delivering and the product is considered “delivered. No reimbursement can then be made;
  15. If a wrong username and/or link is provided, the status will be completed. Due to our automated system, this cannot be changed or reversed. Therefore, no reimbursement can be made;
